Verification Report

The Verification Report prints data for up to 7 captured curves on a graph based on real ear response. In addition, details regarding the hearing aid's configuration, audiogram, and adaptive features for the selected memory print on the report. If fitting binaurally, each hearing aid prints on its own page. However, if fitting CROS/BiCROS devices, only the receiver aid prints. The Report Header options selected via Reports Preferences determines the logo/text and patient information that prints at the top of the report. This report is only available if at least one curve was captured via Speech Mapping, Integrated Speech Mapping, or select Fitting or Advanced Tools screens during the current or retrieved session.

  1. Connect and select the desired hearing aid(s) to report via Get Started.
  2. Click on the Read Device Settings or Load a Previous Session radio button and then click Start.

  3. Click Advanced Tools from the Left Navigation Menu.

  4. Click Speech Mapping from the Left Navigation Menu or click Speech Mapping from select Fitting or Advanced Tools screens.
Tip:  To launch Integrated Speech Mapping, click Integrated Speech Mapping from the Speech Mapping screen.
  5. Capture curves if not captured previously.
  6. Click on the specific memory to print, if applicable.
  7. Check the desired captured curves to print, if applicable.
Note:  Only the captured curves checked View print on the report.
  8. Check the desired display curves to print, if applicable.
Note:  Only the curves (e.g., Audiometric Thresholds, Soft Target/Response, etc.) checked print on the report.
  9. Click File or Inspire (if Noah 3 is installed) from the Menu Bar.

  10. Click Print to print and/or preview the report.

Tip:  Click  on the Inspire Toolbar to print and/or preview the report.
  11. Click Verification Report.
Note:  Verification Report is only enabled if at least one curve was captured and checked View via Speech Mapping or select Fitting or Advanced Tools screens during the current or retrieved session and the current memory selected is not Disabled.
  12. Click Print or Print Preview.

Tip:  Click Close to cancel the report and close the Print screen.
Note:  If more than 7 captured curves were checked View via Speech Mapping or select Fitting or Advanced Tools screens, a message that only the 7 most recent curves will print on the report. Click Continue to print the 7 most recent curves or click Cancel to cancel the report and select the 7 desired curves to print. If real-time view Input + Gain was selected when the curve was captured, both an input and output curve were created, therefore, it's listed as 1 curve but is counted as 2.
