Load a Previous Session

Load a Previous Session retrieves a previously saved fitting session for the selected patient and transfers the settings into the connected hearing aid(s). All compatible and incompatible sessions display. Compatible sessions contain data that can be loaded into the connected hearing aid and incompatible sessions contain data that cannot be loaded into the connected hearing aid. Incompatible sessions display for all products except Xino Classic, Zōn, and Destiny.

1. Connect and select the desired hearing aid(s) to program via Get Started.
2. Click on the Load a Previous Session radio button to open a previously saved fitting session for the selected patient and then click Start.
3. Click on the session to open.

   Note:  Sessions are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent session at the top of the list. The ear side (, , or ) fitted or connected, Noah, PatientBase, or ProHear user name, time, product family and tier, and session description, if applicable, displays per fitting session.

   Note:  If binaural hearing aids are connected and the session selected is for one ear side, both ear sides will be opened.

4. Click OK to load the settings from the selected session into the hearing aid(s).

   Note:  If the hearing aid(s) contains a lock code and it doesn't match the code via General Preferences, it must be entered to unlock the aid before the settings can be loaded. Enter the 4 digit code and click OK. If the correct code is entered or if the code matched the code via General Preferences initially, the hearing aid is automatically unlocked and must be locked again if desired via Device Access Settings. If the code is unknown, click Cancel to cancel loading the settings and return to the Get Started screen or click Clear Settings and Reset Device to clear all settings and patient data from the hearing aid and return it to the default settings.

   Note:  If only one wireless hearing aid was connected that is paired with another aid that was not connected, a message displays to connect the partner aid. Click OK to fit monaurally or click Cancel to cancel opening the saved session and return to the Get Started screen.

   Tip:  Click Cancel to cancel opening a session.

   Tip:  If the session selected does not match the connected hearing aid's fitting session, Swap Fit automatically launches.
