Initial Fit assists in completing a first fitting by guiding you through the initial set up process. The wizard launches automatically when a hearing aid is first connected to Inspire. Up to four procedures can be processed during the wizard including Acoustic Options, Experience with Amplification, Auto Path, and User Controls. Based on the hearing aid connected and the patient's age determines which procedures are available.
Click on the Read Device Settings or Load a Previous Session radio button and then click Start.

| Note: This feature is only available for Evolv AI, Livio Edge AI, Livio AI, Livio, Picasso, Halo iQ, Muse iQ, SoundLens Synergy iQ, Halo 2, Muse, and SoundLens Synergy products. |
| Amplification Option | Details |
| Minimal to no experience with amplification | If selected, Experience Level 1/Novice is assigned. |
| Experience with Starkey | If selected, Experience Level 3/Experienced is assigned. |
| Experience with Other Manufacturer | If Other Manufacturer, Oticon, Phonak, or Resound is selected, Experience Level 1/Novice is assigned if the patient has a mild-to-moderate hearing loss. However, if the patient has a severe-to-profound loss, Experience Level 3/Experienced is assigned. If Widex is selected, Experience Level 4/Power is assigned. |
| Prefers Power Fit | If selected, Experience Level 4/Power is assigned and MPO Boost is automatically enabled. |

| Note: This button is only enabled if the patient's experience with amplification has been selected. A Best Fit All Memories is automatically applied to the experience level assigned. |

| Note: The hearing aid(s) is automatically muted. If the aid(s) is placed in the ear(s) prior to accessing Auto Path, it may produce loud feedback. |

| Note: Auto Path only displays if Launch Auto Path on Initial Read is selected via General Preferences. For Evolv AI, Livio Edge AI, Livio AI, Livio, Picasso, Halo iQ, Muse iQ, SoundLens Synergy iQ, Halo 2, Muse, and SoundLens Synergy products, Feedback Canceller is the only procedure remaining to process. |
| Note: When Auto Path is closed, the hearing aid(s) is automatically unmuted (only if unmuted prior to accessing Auto Path manually). If Automatically Mute Devices When Detected is selected via General Preferences, the hearing aid(s) remains muted. |
