Programmers

The Programmers dialog provides a method to search for and select the programmers for use within Pro Fit. Multiple wired programmers of select same types (e.g., SpeedPort 2) can be selected; however, only one Noahlink Wireless 2 or Noahlink Wireless Programmer can be selected if more than one of each type is attached to the PC. If more than one wired NOAHlink or Hi-Pro programmer of the same type is attached to the PC, Pro Fit only displays the first programmer detected. All hearing aids connected to any programmer selected automatically display on the Connect screen.

1. Click Tools from the Menu Bar.
2. Click Programmers to identify all attached programming devices.

   Note:  This option is only available when the Connect Toolbar is present. All detected wired and wireless programming devices display. The SpeedPort 2, SpeedPort, NOAHlink, USB Hi-Pro 2, USB Hi-Pro, Noahlink Wireless 2, and Noahlink Wireless programming devices are supported.

   Tip:  Click View Programmers via Connect or Apply Session Settings to access.

3. Click the checkbox to the left of the desired wired and/or wireless programmers.

    

   

   Tip:  If the desired programmer is not on the list, click Refresh to display all programmers. If more than one wired NOAHlink or Hi-Pro programmer of the same type is attached to the PC, only one displays. If a different NOAHlink or Hi-Pro programmer is desired, detach the programmer shown and click Refresh.

   Note:  If multiple Noahlink Wireless 2 or Noahlink Wireless programmers are attached to the PC, all programmers display, but only one of each type can be selected.

4. Click OK.

   Tip:  Click Cancel to discard the changes.

   Note:  These steps must be completed before the connection status icon can be active.
