Audiology on Demand

Audiology on Demand is a live remote-assistance tool that allows Customer Service representatives to provide a quick solution to your technical or audiological issues by chatting and/or viewing your desktop and sharing control of your mouse and keyboard. This feature is only available if the PC has Internet access.

1. Click Audiology on Demand on the Inspire Toolbar to launch https://starkeypro.com/audiology-on-demand/st/en/index.html.

   Tip:  Click Help from the Menu Bar, point to Inspire if Noah 3 is installed, and click Audiology on Demand.

2. Enter your account number.
3. Enter your name.
4. Select an available representative from the drop down list. Once connected, you'll be able to communicate with the representative via instant messages. You'll also have the option to allow the representative to take temporary control of your computer to assist you in any aspect of Inspire.
