The Audiogram Report prints the patient's most recent audiogram stored in Noah or PatientBase. Audiograms for both the right and left ears print along with numeric and speech MCL/UCL test results. In addition, notes and the tester's name can be handwritten on the report, however, if notes were entered with the audiogram during the current session in PatientBase, these notes print on the report.
