Show Patient Name for Wireless Devices |
Denotes whether or not to display the patient's name in the Devices Detected section of the Get Started screen or the Devices Detected pop-up for wireless hearing aids. |
The default is to show the patient's name. If unchecked, the patient's name displays in a tool tip by pointing to the hearing aid information. |
| Wireless Profile* | Selects the wireless radio frequency profile that's different from the default Inspire edition and language's profile. | If a different profile is selected, only hearing aids that were branded for the selected profile will be detected without changing the Inspire edition and language. The profiles available are Automatic, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Columbia, Europe, India, Korea, Mexico, Philippines, South Africa, Thailand, United States and NeutralNeutral. The default profile is Automatic and if selected, determines the current profile based on the Location selected via Configuration Preferences. |
| Ignore Serial Numbers During Discovery | Identifies the wireless serial numbers that should be ignored when the Starkey 2.4 GHz Wireless/TruLink, Noahlink Wireless 2, Noahlink Wireless, and/or SurfLink Programmer detects devices. | A maximum of 12 serial numbers can be identified. These serial numbers are disregarded if the hearing aid is connected to a wired programmer (e.g., Hi-Pro, SpeedPort, etc.). |
