What's New in Pro Fit 2026.0

Pro Fit 2026.0 adds new products and features, including Edge Mode+ configuration and Data Log reporting, a Tinnitus program, improved log file submission, and more. Below are some of the highlights.

New Products

  • A wireless 2.4 GHz BTE has been added to the G Series AI product family. The following table describes the standard features of this new product.

User Controls

  • Edge Mode+ can now be assigned to 'Push & Hold' for select products.

Accessories

  • Both the Hearing aid mic while streaming within the Bluetooth Devices section (Omega AI and Edge AI products) and the Hearing aid mic while streaming phone within the Phone section (G Series AI and Genesis AI products) now default to "Mic Reduced" for all acoustic configurations.

Tinnitus Program

  • "Tinnitus" has been added to the list of Programs. If selected, either Audiogram-shaped or White Noise defaults via Tinnitus, and the stimulus is automatically paused.

Data Log

  • The number of Edge Mode activations and the average hours spent per activation have been added to the Data Log screen and report for select products.

Reporting a Problem

  • The log file submission process has changed to improve issue reporting accuracy and support response times by making the feature more visible and intuitive. It also introduces a history of all submitted log files for better tracking and troubleshooting. 'Pro Fit Log Files' from within the Help menu has been relabeled 'Report a Problem,' and 'Previous Problem Submissions' has been added.

Left Navigation Bar

  • "Troubleshooting" and "Audiology on Demand" have been moved under a new "Help & Support" button . When hovered over, these options appear along with the new "Report a Problem" feature.
