Pro Fit is a comprehensive software solution for selecting and fitting hearing aids. Pro Fit provides state-of-the-art algorithms integrated into an easy-to-use and professional-looking user interface that integrates the patient into the selection and fitting process.

 

Pro Fit includes features that take the patient through the hearing solution process. From counseling the patient and their family on hearing loss and product selection to the initial fitting and follow-up fittings, Pro Fit provides all the tools necessary to complete the patient's journey.

 

The following describes Pro Fit's modules. Click on any module below for more information.

  • Connect - Displays information about the detected hearing aids and provides options for working with the aids, loads a remote programming session to adjust hearing aids remotely, views and selects hearing aids for simulating, and demonstrates the impact of hearing loss on the patient's family using a variety of sounds and his/her audiogram or audiometric presets
  • Fitting - Programs the hearing aids using a variety of features including Fine Tuning, Frequency Lowering, and Noise Control to precisely fit the devices based on the patient's lifestyle and desires, and assists in testing and verifying the patient's hearing aid(s) during follow-up visits
  • Data Log - Analyzes actual patient data collected while the patient was wearing the hearing aids in different environments, demonstrates the usage and benefit of amplification to the patient and their family, and troubleshoots issues during follow-up visits
  • Accessories - Pairs and configures accessories to adjust volume, program, etc. using a remote control or stream audio from a mobile phone, MP3 player, remote microphone, etc. directly to wireless hearing aids
  • Media Player - Demonstrates the features and benefits of digital hearing technology by playing audio files to the patient
  • Reports - Patient reports including fitting, device guide, data log, hearing loss simulator, etc.
  • User Preferences - Customizes Pro Fit for specific modules including Fitting, Media Player, and Reports
  • Update Firmware - Updates the hearing aid's firmware to operate at a more advanced performance level, often making new features available
  • Change Tier - Upgrades and/or downgrades the demo product's tier
