Retrieve Session

Retrieve Session retrieves a previously saved fitting session for the selected patient and either views the session or transfers the settings into the connected hearing aid(s). All compatible and incompatible sessions display. Compatible sessions contain data that can be loaded into the connected hearing aid, and incompatible sessions contain data that cannot be loaded into the connected hearing aid. Only a previously saved live fitting session can be transferred to connected devices; a previously saved simulated session cannot.

  1. Click Retrieve Session on the Connect Toolbar to open a previously saved fitting session for the selected patient.
  2. Click on the session to open.
    Note:  Sessions are listed in reverse chronological order, with the most recent session at the top. The ear side (Right ear adjustment, Binaural adjustment, or Left ear adjustment) fitted or simulated, date, time, Noah or PatientBase user name, product family and tier, and session description, if applicable, displays per fitting session.
    Note:  If binaural hearing aids are connected and the session selected is for one ear side, both ear sides will be opened.
  3. Click View Session to view the session or Connect and Apply Settings to load the settings from the selected session into the hearing aid(s).
    Note:  If View Session was selected, based on the type of session retrieved, either a "Retrieved" or "Simulated" watermark appears across the frequency response curves. A message to start a new draft session appears if a hearing aid adjustment is made or a new or updated audiogram is applied during the retrieved session. To load the settings into the aid(s), click apply settings on the Top Toolbar.
    Tip:  Click Connect on the Connect Toolbar to cancel opening a session.
