Order and Service

Order and Service launches the online store to order hearing aids, custom receivers, and earmolds, or launches the Service Request Form to process repairs, returns for credit, or color exchanges (some order and service options may not be available in all versions of Inspire), and either prints the form for processing, or submits the form electronically. In addition, options such as color, venting, material, and wireless accessories can be selected when ordering hearing aids or earmolds. These online features are only available if the PC has Internet access. A browser such as Microsoft Edge or greater, Google Chrome, etc. and Adobe Reader are required. Starkey uses a secure connection to transmit data, therefore, all health information is protected.

The Order and Service screen provides three options: Hearing Aid Order, Earmold Order, and Service Request. Both the Hearing Aid Order and Earmold Order launch the online store; however, based on the option selected determines the product that defaults to order, and the Service Request option launches the Service Request Form. Regardless of the option selected, you must first log into your account via Starkey's professional site.

Audiogram and Personal InformationAudiogram and Personal Information

The patient's most recent audiogram and MCL and UCL data displays in the eStore if available. Audiogram data can be added or edited via this form. Air conduction thresholds are required for all products except earplugs and specialty earmolds because some product options automatically default based on the patient's hearing loss.

In the event Starkey needs to change the hearing aid style desired for the patient once the order is received, the patient's skin tone, hair color, and canal texture are requested in the eStore. This information assists Starkey in determining the appropriate color if a different case is warranted.

  1. Click Pre-Fitting from the Left Navigation Menu.

  2. Click Order and Service.
  3. Click Hearing Aid Order, Earmold Order, or Service Request and either Starkey's professional site opens in a new browser session to log into your account, or the online store or Service Request Form opens if you're already logged in.
Note:  If no patient was selected and Inspire was launched from within Noah 4 or PatientBase, the Noah 4 or PatientBase Patient Browser screen displays. A patient must either be added or selected in order to continue. If no patient was selected and Inspire was launched from within Noah 3, the patient's information and audiogram data will be blank on the order form.
Tip:  To add, edit, or select a different patient in the Noah 4 or PatientBase database, click Add, Select or Edit an Existing Client. To add or edit audiogram data for the selected patient, click View/Edit Client Audiogram Data and then click Edit Audiogram. These buttons only display if Inspire was launched from within Noah 4 or PatientBase.
  4. Complete the order or service request form.
Note:  See the Online Ordering Instructions for instructions on how to place an order, or see the Service Request Instructions for instructions on how to generate a service request. For assistance with ordering microphone covers, see the Standard Products Microphone Cover Guide.
