TeleHear

TeleHear allows you to make adjustments to your patient's Evolv AI, Livio Edge AI, Livio AI, and Livio hearing aid settings (global and memories, including custom memories created in the Thrive Hearing Control app), remotely via a live audio/video call. Once a remote communication link is established between you and the patient (see "Setting Up TeleHear for a Patient" below), the patient can request assistance. Either you can initiate the fitting via Inspire or the TeleHear Portal or the patient can request a live session via the Thrive Hearing Control app. TeleHear offers the patient convenience and reduces the number of the fine tuning appointments. This feature may not be available in all versions of Inspire.

Once TeleHear is set up, you can also adjust the custom memories your patient created via the Thrive Hearing Control app during a live fitting. See "Adjusting Custom Memories During a Live Fitting" below for more information.
