Audiology on Demand

Audiology on Demand is a live remote-assistance tool that allows Customer Service representatives to quickly resolve technical or audiological issues by chatting, viewing your desktop, and sharing control of your mouse and keyboard. This feature is only available if the PC has Internet access.

1. Point to Help & Support  on the Left Navigation Bar and then click Audiology on Demand to launch https://starkeypro.com/audiology-on-demand/st/en/index.html.

   Tip:  Click Help from the Menu Bar and click Audiology on Demand.

2. Follow the instructions on the website.
