Inspire Online

Inspire Online is a resource center for information on products, innovations, hearing loss, etc. and provides links to tech tips, programming guides, and training. Any item can be printed by selecting Print. Inspire Online is only available if the PC has Internet access.

  1. From the Get Started screen, click Inspire Online Session Connect.

    Note:  The Inspire Online "Home" page displays. If Inspire Online displayed automatically because no hearing aids were connected to any programmer and wired hearing aids are later connected while viewing this screen, the Get Started screen automatically displays.

  2. Click on a tech tip link, programming guide, article, etc.

    Note:  Depending on the item selected, either the tech tip, training corner, etc. overlays the Inspire Online "Home" page, or a browser session opens in a new window. Click X on the Title Bar to close the browser session.

  3. Navigate Inspire Online.

    Button Description

    Add, Select or Edit an Existing ClientBack

    Returns to the previous page viewed.

    Add/Edit Audiogram Data for the Selected ClientForward

    Returns to the previous back page viewed.

    Select PatientStop

    Cancels the current selection from displaying.

    New PatientRefresh

    Refreshes the current item displayed.

    Walk InHome

    Returns to Inspire Online's "Home" page.

    New AppointmentPrint

    Prints the current item displayed on the "Home" page. Click Print, change any print settings if applicable, and click Print. If the item is displayed in a browser session, the item must be printed from the browser (e.g., Internet Explorer, Netscape® Navigator, etc.).
