The Verification Report prints data for up to 6 captured curves on a graph based on real ear response. In addition, details regarding the hearing aid's configuration, audiogram, and adaptive features for the selected memory print on the report. If fitting binaurally, each hearing aid prints on its own page. Based on the Report Header selected via Reports Preferences, either the manufacturer's logo, company's logo, or customized text prints in the top left hand corner of the report. This report is only available if at least one curve was captured via Speech Mapping, Integrated Speech Mapping, or select Fitting or Advanced Tools screens during the current or retrieved session.
Connect and select the desired hearing aid(s) to report via Get Started.
Click on the Read Device Settings or Load a Previous Session radio
button and then click
.
Click Advanced Tools from the Left Navigation Menu.
Click Speech Mapping from the Left Navigation Menu or click Speech Mapping from select Fitting or Advanced Tools screens.
| Tip: To launch Integrated Speech Mapping, click |
Capture curves if not captured previously.
Click on the specific memory to print, if applicable.
Check the desired captured curves to print, if applicable.
| Note: Only the captured curves checked View print on the report. |
Check the desired display curves to print, if applicable.
| Note: Only the curves (e.g., Audiometric Thresholds, Soft Target/Response, etc.) checked print on the report. |
Click File from the Menu Bar.
Click Print to print and/or preview the report.
Tip: Click on the Inspire Toolbar to print
and/or preview the report. |
Click Verification Report.
| Note: Verification Report is only enabled if at least one curve was captured and checked View via Speech Mapping or select Fitting or Advanced Tools screens during the current or retrieved session and the current memory selected is not Disabled. |
Click Print or Print Preview.
| Note: If more than 6 captured curves were checked View via Speech Mapping or select Fitting or Advanced Tools screens, a message that only the 6 most recent captures will print on the report. Click Continue to print the 6 most recent captures or click Cancel to cancel the report and select the 6 desired captures to print. If real-time view Input + Gain was selected when the curve was captured, both an input and output curve were created, therefore, it's listed as 1 capture but is counted as 2. |
| Tip: Click Cancel to cancel the report and close the Print screen. |
If Print was selected, change any print settings if desired and click Print. If Print Preview was selected, navigate or print the report using the options on the Print Preview Toolbar.

Memory and Current Output/Gain/Slope |
|
| Speech Mapping Captured Graph | Regardless of the graphical view currently selected, the fitting graph prints based on Real Ear Response output and Input Type: Speech. Only the curves (e.g., captures, Audiometric Thresholds, Soft Target/Response, etc.) checked via Speech Mapping or select Fitting or Advanced Tools screens print on the report. |
| Graph Legend | Identifies the curves, shaded regions, and captures on the graph. |
| Adaptive Features | |

| Target (Hz) (only prints if at least one display, except Audiometric Thresholds, was selected) | |
| Soft Target (dB SPL), Moderate Target (dB SPL), Loud Target (dB SPL), and/or Max Output (dB SPL) | Target values per frequency. Only the values (e.g., Soft Target/Response, Max Output, etc.) checked via Speech Mapping or select Fitting or Advanced Tools screens print on the report. The target levels print based on the Target Levels selected via Target Preferences. |
| Capture Average (Hz) | |
| Curve Label and View | Actual (single capture) or average (over time capture) values per frequency. The curve label, which can be customized, prints the color, memory (in parenthesis), and time of the capture.
