Display Menu

The Display Menu provides the options to select the desired graphical view or overlay and the input stimulus to be displayed for the current fitting. These options are only available if a supported Fitting screen is currently displayed. The options currently selected are represented by a checkmark.

  1. Click Display from the Menu Bar.
  2. Click on the desired graphical view if desired.
    Graphical View Description
2cc Coupler Gain Settings displayed with reference to 2cc Coupler Gain (dB).
2cc Coupler Output Settings displayed with reference to 2cc Coupler Output (dB SPL).
Predicted Insertion Gain Settings displayed with reference to Predicted Insertion Gain (dB).
    Real Ear Response

Settings displayed with reference to Predicted Real Ear Output or the response measured in the patient’s ear (dB SPL). This is the default graphical view but can be changed via General Preferences.

  3. Click Multicurve to display settings for a single input level for all active programs if desired.
Note:  This option is only available if a fitting screen is currently displayed, and the hearing aid connected or simulated is multi-program.
  4. Click on the desired input type if desired.
    Input Type Description
Input Type: Speech Settings displayed are based on speech inputs (Long Term Average Speech Spectrum). This is the default target input stimulus but can be changed via Target Preferences.
Input Type: Sinusoid Settings displayed are based on sinusoidal inputs.
  5. Click Display Input to display curves within certain fitting graphs based on the Input Type selected if desired.
  6. Click Display Max Stable Gain to display or hide Max Stable Gain (MSG) (if Feedback Canceller was initialized) or Full on Gain (if not initialized) in 2cc Coupler Gain or Predicted Insertion Gain views only.
Note:  Max Stable Gain (solid gray) or Full on Gain (striped gray) only displays if 2cc Coupler Gain or Predicted Insertion Gain is selected. This display defaults checked if the default graphical view selected via General Preferences is 2cc Coupler Gain or Predicted Insertion Gain. If the default graphical view is 2cc Coupler Output or Real Ear Response, this display defaults unchecked.
