Ordering and Service

Ordering launches an online store to order hearing aids, custom receivers, and earmolds. Service launches the Service Request Form to process repairs, returns for credit, or color exchanges and prints the form for processing or submits the form electronically. In addition, options such as color, venting, material, and wireless accessories can be selected when ordering hearing aids or earmolds. These online features are only available if the PC has Internet access. A browser such as Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome, and Adobe Reader are required. Regardless of the option selected, you must first log into your account via Starkey's professional site. Starkey uses a secure connection to transmit data; therefore, all health information is protected.

The patient's name, most recent audiogram, and MCL and UCL data are displayed in the online store if available. Audiogram data can be added or edited via this form. Air conduction thresholds are required for all products except earplugs and specialty earmolds because some options automatically default based on the patient's hearing loss.

  1. Click Ordering or Service on the Connect Toolbar, and either Starkey's professional site opens in a new browser session to log into your account, or the online store or Service Request Form opens if you're already logged in.
Tip:  To add, edit, or select a different patient in the Noah or PatientBase database, click Patient: on the Connect screen or Patient: Patient's Name from the Menu Bar. To add or edit audiogram data for the selected patient, click View/Edit Client Audiogram Data Audiogram and then click Edit Audiogram.
  2. Complete the order or service request form.
Note:  See the Online Ordering Instructions for instructions on placing an order, or see the Service Request Instructions for instructions on how to generate a service request.
