Session Connect

Session Connect retrieves a previously saved session for the selected patient and transfers the settings into the connected hearing aid(s). All compatible and incompatible sessions display. Compatible sessions contain data that can be loaded into the connected hearing aid and incompatible sessions contain data that cannot be loaded into the connected hearing aid. Incompatible sessions displays for all products except Advance 21 and Advance 20.

  1. Connect and select the desired hearing aid(s) to program via Get Started.

    Note:  Session Connect can also be accessed via the connection toast.
  2. Click Session Connect Session Connect to open a saved session for the selected patient.

  3. Click theor double click on the session date to expand the tree.

  4. Click on the session to open.

    Note:  If binaural hearing aids are connected and the session selected is for one ear side but is part of a binaural session, both ear sides will be opened.
  5. Click OK to load the settings from the selected session into the hearing aid(s) if applicable.

    Note:  If accessed via the connection toast and a session is currently in progress that hasn't been saved, the Save Fitting screen displays. Click Yes to save the session to NOAH or ProHear, click No to not save the session, or click Cancel to cancel opening a session.
     
    Note:  If only one wireless hearing aid was connected that is paired with another aid that was not selected or connected and the session selected is part of a binaural session, a message displays to connect the partner aid. Click OK to fit monaurally or click Cancel to cancel opening the saved session and return to the Get Started screen.
     
    Tip:  Click Cancel to cancel opening a session.
     
    Note:  If a session containing a product selection is retrieved but the product selected is no longer available, the product is cleared and a message displays.
  6. Based on the type of session selected to open, either the Fitting, H/A Selection, or Order Information screen displays. If a fitting was selected, the Default Fitting View selected via General Preferences automatically displays.

    Tip:  If the session selected does not match the connected hearing aid's fitting session, Swap Fit automatically launches.
