Swap Fit

Swap Fit transfers settings from a fitting session to a hearing aid that may differ by product family, tier, style, or feature set. The response of the hearing aid from the fitting session is used as the “target” for the response of the destination hearing aid. All other settings (memories, feature settings, fitting formula, etc.) are transferred if there is a one-to-one match between hearing aids. Otherwise the destination hearing aid will be set to default settings. Feedback Canceller and Self Check initializations are not transferred, therefore, it is recommended you run these once Swap Fit is complete. Swap Fit can also be used to transfer a previous hearing aid session programmed with older firmware to the same aid with newer firmware.

This feature is available on all products except Advance 21 and Advance 20. However, Advance 21 and Advance 20 products can be source hearing aids but not destination hearing aids.

  1. Connect and select the desired destination hearing aid(s) via Get Started.

  2. Click Quick Connect or Session Connect.

  4. Click Swap Fit.

Note:  This feature is only available in a live fitting and for all products except Advance 21 and Advance 20. Swap Fit is disabled if this feature is not available in the connected hearing aid(s).
