Lifestyle Solutions

Lifestyle Solutions provides product suggestions based on the patient’s unique lifestyle to assist in recommending the ideal hearing solution for the patient. Technology level recommendations are automatically generated based on the patient’s responses to ten lifestyle questions. Details of each technology level can be displayed in bulleted text which makes it easy to cross reference different product features and provides a convenient way to discuss which features of each technology level will provide the most benefit to your patient. Styles and accessories can also be recommended to help facilitate the patient's and his/her family's understanding of these additional features and benefits, especially as it relates to his/her specific needs. A copy of the recommendations can be printed and given to the patient for reference.

The list of technology levels, styles, and/or accessories that displays can be customized via Counseling Preferences. For example, ITEs can be excluded from displaying if this style is not fitted in your office. In addition, customized text (e.g., price, discount, etc.) can be identified for each technology level, if desired, which displays on the Product Details and Summary screens and prints on the Lifestyle Solutions report.
