Counseling Tools

Counseling Tools demonstrates the impact of hearing loss to the patient's family and recommends hearing solutions based on the patient's lifestyle questionnaire. The Counseling Tools default screen provides a brief description of the feature and is a starting point for Hearing Loss Simulator and Lifestyle Solutions. A brief description of either counseling tool displays by pointing to the icons at the bottom of the screen.

The Counseling Tools menu is always available even when fitting or simulating hearing aids. Click on any option below for more information.

• Hearing Loss Simulator - Demonstrates the effects of the patient's hearing loss using a variety of sounds and his/her audiogram or presets

• Lifestyle Solutions - Recommends the ideal technology level based on the patient's unique lifestyle

Accessing Counseling Tools

1. Click Counseling Toolsvia Get Started.

   Tip:  Click Counseling Tools from the Left Navigation Menu to access.

2. Click Hearing Loss Simulatoror Lifestyle Solutions.

   Tip:  Click Hearing Loss Simulator or Lifestyle Solutions from the Left Navigation Menu to access.
